• Secured approved-supplier status with Four Seasons, opening a hospitality channel for every Atwa product line.

Real-time data pipeline and scoring engine

A system that ingests live on-chain (Solana) events, ranks opportunities with a two-pass scoring engine and runs an automated review-and-decision loop, plus a separate wallet-tracking scanner.

Yield play or devaluation bet?

An analytical framework I use to separate Cairo property that earns its return from rent from property that is really a hedge against the Egyptian pound.
